Phil holds a master's degree in education with a specialty in instructional design. He has author many instructional books as well as college level courses for the University of California and UC Medical Center.

Fun and Positive Reinforcement


Phil's philosophy is that training needs to be lfun for both humans and dogs. He she uses positive reinforcement and training techniques and shows students how they, too, can use both secondary and primary positive reinforcement.
